COVID-19 PROTOCOLS

FOR THE SAFETY OF BOTH OUR CUSTOMERS AND OUR STAFF, THE FOLLOWING PROTOCOLS HAVE BEEN PUT IN PLACE

ALL GAMES ARE PRIVATE

You do not need to worry about being mixed with people outside of your social circle.  The maximum group size for all of our rooms has been reduced six.  All groups must be a part of the same social circle as per government regulations.

EXTRA TIME ADDED BETWEEN GAMES

This will allow us additional time to clean between groups and reduce the chance of interacting with other groups.​

INCREASED CLEANING & DISENFECTING

We regularly clean high-touch areas including the lobby, bathroom and all game props between groups

APPOINTMENTS REQUIRED IN ADVANCE

All bookings must be made online or by phone ahead of time.  We are not accepting walk-ins at this point.  Only those with appointments will be allowed entry into our facility.

PAYMENT REQUIRED UPON BOOKING

In order to limit customer and staff interaction.  Payment is now required in full, at the time of booking. We will not be accepting any payments at out facility.

OUR STAFF WILL BE WEARING PPE

In order to keep you safe, our staff will be wearing masks at all times.  Gloves will also be worn when possible.

USE YOUR PHONE TO SIGN THE WAIVER

We will allow groups to fill out waivers using their own device by scanning a QR code.  If you do not have a phone, tablets are available for use upone request

IF YOU ARE FEELING ILL, PLEASE STAY HOME

We will not permit anyone with symptoms to play our games.  This is for everyone’s safety. If you or any of your group are feeling unwell, we ask that you contact us to reschedule your booking.

HAND SANITATION STATION AVAILABLE

All customers should sanitize hands upon arrival and prior to departure.   We also have gloves available for anyone who would feel more comfortable wearing them.

MASKS ARE MANDATORY AT ALL TIMES

All participants must always wear facial coverings while on the premises (including during the escape room). This is as per The City of Toronto bylaws.

ARRIVE 10 TO 15 MINUTES BEFORE SCHEDULED START

All groups must arrive a minimum of 10 minutes prior to scheduled start time. Please do not arrive any earlier than 15 minutes prior to your start time as we are limiting the number of customers within our facility at any given time.
